Project Manager for Construction and Industrial Projects
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee construction and industrial projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in site execution, project management, and team leadership.
The successful candidate will be responsible for :
- Managing multiple phases of construction projects
- Coordinating with contractors and partners
- Developing and implementing project plans
- Monitoring project progress and budget
- Ensuring compliance with building and safety regulations
The role requires excellent organizational, supervising, team leadership, communication, collaboration, and analytical skills. Experience with clients, fluency in English and Spanish, and knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD are essential.
Responsibilities
Project Planning and Execution : Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion and within budget.Team Leadership : Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.Risk Management : Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks to ensure project success.Communication : Effectively communicate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and partners.Requirements
BS or master's degree in technical architecture, civil engineering, or related field.Between 2 and 5 years of proven experience in roles such as Construction Manager, Site Manager, or Project Site Manager.Fluency in English and Spanish; Catalan, French, or German is an asset.Driver License B.Knowledge in PC-literate MS word and Excel and PowerPoint applications, MS Project, Auto CAD, Knowledge in Presto or TCQ.Benefits
