Descripción del trabajoMSc / PhD in AI, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field 2+ years (Mid) or 5+ years (Senior) hands-on experience training or fine-tuning Transformer / LLM models Strong expertise in PyTorch, HuggingFace, and GPU computing Experience with cloud (AWS / GCP / Azure) and containerization (Docker) Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills Fluent in English Bonus : Experience with model compression, RAG systems, HPC, TensorRT, vLLM, or DevOps / MLOps.

They're looking for a Mid / Senior LLM Engineer to join our growing AI team. You’ll work alongside world-leading experts on groundbreaking projects.
What You’ll Do
- Design and develop new methods for compressing and optimizing LLMs
- Fine-tune and benchmark models for accuracy, robustness, and efficiency
- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate LLMs into real-world products
- Guide and mentor junior engineers in LLM development
- Stay at the cutting edge of research in AI, LLMs, and quantum-inspired computing
