As Automation Developer in HR Systems Employee Experience, you'll drive efficiencies through automation in technology landscapes. You'll design, develop, and maintain solutions automating repetitive tasks within business processes that align with objectives and deliver exceptional value to employees worldwide.
The team focuses on :
- Identifying Automation Opportunities : Recognizing repetitive tasks within HR systems and employee experience processes that can be automated to enhance efficiency.
- Integrating Automation with HR Systems : Collaborating with teams to integrate automation solutions with existing HR systems, streamlining processes and enhancing employee experience.
- Process Optimization : Optimizing HR processes through automation, ensuring a more efficient and user-friendly employee experience.
Main Responsibilities :
Process Analysis : Analyzing and understanding business processes to identify automation opportunities and creating efficient automation solutions that align with organizational goals.Solution Design : Architecting scalable and robust automation solutions, adhering to best practices and standards while optimizing performance and reliability.Development : Building and maintaining automation workflows, ensuring they align with evolving HR system needs and employee experience goals.Application Maintenance : Following application lifecycle management processes and retirement strategies, including data quality and security compliance.Collaboration : Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, architect community to present automation proposals, and providing regular updates on project progress.Integration : Developing and managing integration between enterprise applications, such as payroll, time and attendance, and benefits administration.Continuous Improvement : Identifying improvement areas, staying updated on automation trends, and contributing to automation practice evolution in the organization.Qualifications :
To be successful for this role :
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.4-6 years of hands-on experience in automation development.Proficiency in automation tools such as UiPath or Blue Prism.Knowledge of PowerAutomate.Experience with programming languages such as Python, NodeJS, or C#.Knowledge of database management and SQL.Desired / Preferred to have :
