As we move on to new projects, the studio that brought you Baldur’s Gate 3 & Divinity : Original Sin 2 is looking for an Senior Security Engineer to implement security controls, investigate threats, and ensure best practices are followed across Larian.
Responsibilities
- Identify, assess, and mitigate vulnerabilities in infrastructure components and applications
- Deploy and operate security tools to detect and resolve issues across a wide range of systems
- Run security monitoring, vulnerability assessments, and forensic log analysis to proactively detect incidents and threats
- Perform technical security audits and produce actionable recommendations
- Design and implement security baselines for operating systems
- Ensure incident handling and reporting procedures are followed
- Educate and train staff on IT security best practices
- Investigate and utilize new technologies, tools, and techniques to enhance security capabilities
- Maintain up-to-date security documentation and best practices
- Participate in change management workflows to ensure secure implementation
Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in IT security rolesHands-on experience with vulnerability assessments and penetration testingProven ability to implement proper system security controls, metrics, and performance indicatorsSolid knowledge of security frameworks and industry best practicesExperience with enterprise security tools (e.g., SIEM, IDS / IPS, endpoint protection)Strong understanding of operating system security (Windows, Linux)Excellent communication skills in EnglishThis is a full-time, on-site role, requiring your presence in the office to support collaborationNice to have
