We are seeking a developer with strong experience in the ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) module. You will be part of a team developing solutions for Retail Service Management and Field Service Management.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Focus on the CSM and Field Service Management modules.

Collaborate with product managers and engineers.

Create and maintain technical documentation.

Ideal Candidate :

Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a focus on the CSM module.

Professional background in IT projects.

Fluent in English.

ServiceNow CSM Implementation Specialist certification is a strong advantage.
