We are looking for a driven and experienced Team Leader to guide and inspire our expanding Business Development Representative (BDR) team . In this key role, you will lead multichannel pipeline generation efforts within the Technology sector, refining prospecting strategies and ensuring consistent growth across the region.
This position is ideal for a people-oriented leader who excels at coaching, developing talent, and delivering measurable results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
What You Will Do
Lead, coach, and develop a team of 10 BDRs across Europe and USA, empowering them to achieve and exceed KPIs related to win-back outreach and pipeline contribution.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the BDR team, ensuring productivity, efficiency, and adherence to best practices.
Monitor and analyze team performance data, providing actionable feedback, targeted training, and motivation to drive continuous improvement.
