FOH Worldwide is a global, award-winning hospitality and foodservice brand founded in 2002. It includes Front of the House (FOH) and room360° by FOH. Based in Miami and shipping worldwide, FOH is a global solutions partner with eco-friendly product collections that are practical and aesthetic.

Front of the House is a designer and manufacturer of trend-forward, commercial-grade dinnerware and serving solutions for the foodservice industry. Our in-house Design & Development Team focuses on new, eco-friendly options to improve product lines. We currently have 10 sustainable collections and plan to add more.

room360° by FOH provides stylish, innovative, sustainable guest room and bath accessories for luxury hotels, spas and design firms worldwide. Our products are manufactured by FOH and are in stock and ready to ship from three distribution centers worldwide, including the Americas, Europe, and Asia.

Position Summary

FOH Europe B.V is seeking a Sales Manager to join our Sales Team for the EMEA region. The Sales Manager, Spain is part of the FOH EU Sales team. This role contributes to the success of the company by developing sales strategies to achieve revenue and expense budgets for Spain. The Sales Manager supports our vision by being dedicated and committed to growth for the Spain region.

Additional Information

  • This is a Full-Time salaried position
  • Candidate must reside and be able to work in Spain
  • Candidate must have selling experience in Spain
  • Compensation for this position includes a base salary of €24,000 annually, plus a commission structure
  • This role has a 50-60% overnight travel requirement. Frequent train and auto travel will be necessary to attend trade shows throughout the year and build relationships with strategic accounts

Major Duties Include

  • Actively works with the Sales Director, EMEA & APAC in strategic planning and goal setting of all aspects of the country
  • Identifies and acquires new clients to drive revenue growth
  • Explores growth opportunities and expands market presence through targeted initiatives
  • Presents and promotes the company’s products or services to prospective and existing end users
  • Maintains and strengthens relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term satisfaction
  • Meets and exceeds sales targets set by management, while maintaining their annual expense budgets
  • Develops, negotiates, implements and measures hotel chain programs
  • Utilizes CRM tool to drive customer retention and to optimize sales opportunities
  • Works collaboratively with Sales & Customer Service team to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
  • Successfully transforms strategies into tactical and measurable action plans
  • Engages in regional analyses for future needs identification
  • Provides regular activity reports to the head office
  • Participates in sales meetings and strategy sessions
  • Implements and executes large-scale projects from start to finish, using project management skills
  • Prepares monthly analytical reports on performance, wins, and shortfalls
  • Actively participates in regional / national trade shows
  • Engages during all one-on-one and group meetings
  • Participates in special projects, handles emergency requests and performs other related duties as requested
  • Promotes FOH culture through action and leadership
  • Education, Experience & Computer Skills

  • College Degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in sales in Spain related to table-tops, hospitality, guest room luxury accessories or related industry
  • Knowledge in CRM systems, HubSpot preferred
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Applications
