Our organization seeks a skilled HR professional to manage various aspects of human resources. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, supporting our People team in managing HR processes.
- Key Responsibilities :
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Prepare employment-related documentation : contracts, certificates, amendments, etc.
- Maintain and update employee records in our HRIS (Personio)
- Track absences, holidays, and occupational risk prevention (PRL) documentation. Support employee benefits administration.
- Coordinate internship agreements and liaise with universities.
- Assist with other People-related administrative tasks.
- Handle visas and work permits in coordination with legal partners.
- Support daily HR administrative tasks and update employee databases.
Requirements :
Ongoing or completed studies in Labour Relations, Law, Human Resources, or Administrative FP or similar.Availability to work part-time (with flexible hours).Ability to sign an internship agreement or be in the early stages of your professional career.Fluent in Spanish and B2 in English.Good command of office tools (Excel, Google Drive...).Organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.Join us in shaping the future of satellite telecommunications, leveraging our innovative approach and commitment to excellence.
