Our organization seeks a skilled HR professional to manage various aspects of human resources. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, supporting our People team in managing HR processes.

  • Key Responsibilities :
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Prepare employment-related documentation : contracts, certificates, amendments, etc.
  • Maintain and update employee records in our HRIS (Personio)
  • Track absences, holidays, and occupational risk prevention (PRL) documentation. Support employee benefits administration.
  • Coordinate internship agreements and liaise with universities.
  • Assist with other People-related administrative tasks.
  • Handle visas and work permits in coordination with legal partners.
  • Support daily HR administrative tasks and update employee databases.

Requirements :

  • Ongoing or completed studies in Labour Relations, Law, Human Resources, or Administrative FP or similar.
  • Availability to work part-time (with flexible hours).
  • Ability to sign an internship agreement or be in the early stages of your professional career.
  • Fluent in Spanish and B2 in English.
  • Good command of office tools (Excel, Google Drive...).
  • Organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
