Strategic Product Leader

Product Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager to spearhead the development and launch of successful products that meet customer needs and preferences. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams including Commercial, R&D, and Marketing to define strategies, portfolios, and tactics.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing external and internal data to understand customer needs and market trends. They will conduct competitive analysis to identify gaps and opportunities (SWOT) and collaborate with R&D and Application Lab for new product developments and improvements in current portfolio.

Main responsibilities include :

• Developing and launching successful products
• Analyzing data to understand customer needs and market trends

• Collaborating with R&D and Application Lab for new product developments and improvements

The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor's Degree or MBA in relevant areas such as Marketing, Communication, and Digital tools. Fluency in English and Spanish, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite, and experience with CRM, Digital, and Social platforms are also essential.
