Lead System Engineer Position

About this role :

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Engineering team as a Senior System Engineer. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead the development of our modules and systems, delivering cutting-edge cryptographic solutions for space and commercial projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining user requirements in coordination with Product Line Managers, system architecture, testing procedures, and implementation of these procedures. They will also be involved in data analysis, reporting, definition of milestones, work packages, and tasks to reach project goals.

We are seeking an individual with experience in multi-disciplinary integrated systems combining hardware, firmware, and software. Prior technical roles in space projects dealing with ECSS standards are desirable. Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams and developing test software, automation is also valued.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

MSC in engineering or applied physics

Advanced English (speaking, reading, writing, and listening)

Spanish proficiency

3+ years of hands-on engineering experience

Proficient in programming languages : Python
