Skills / Qualifications

Basic qualifications : Degree in Industrial / Electrical / Electronic / Computer / Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Physics; or similar. Exceptional undergraduate students who are about to complete their degree will also be considered. Previous research activities in the fields of interest will be highly valued.

Specific Requirements

Knowledge of digital design in VHDL or SystemVerilog. Knowledge of embedded systems programming in C. Knowledge of system-on-chip (SoC) design.

Additional Information

The contract includes full social security coverage and a gross salary of €25,000 in 12 monthly payments. The net salary is competitive for the standard of living in a city like Madrid. Expenses for attending conferences, summer schools and workshops are also covered by the available funding.

Eligibility criteria

• Experience in digital system design with HDL languages. (40%)
• Experience in embedded systems programming in C. (40%)
• Knowledge of RISC-V architecture and its instruction set. (20%)
