Join a dynamic team dedicated to protecting customer trust and ensuring operational integrity. As a Fraud Activity Agent, you'll play a key role in investigating suspicious activity, verifying documentation, and resolving cases with precision and empathy.
Responsibilities
- Initiate and manage investigations on suspected fraud cases using internal tools and macros
- Collect and verify customer documentation to confirm or dismiss fraud
- Ensure timely follow-up and resolution within defined case timelines
- Escalate or de-escalate tickets based on documentation status and procedural guidelines
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to process improvements
