What we’re looking for

You’ll be working on one of our flagship products : an analytics-driven music platform that changes how millions discover, interpret, and connect through music. Already loved by users worldwide, the product is entering a new stage of rapid growth.

As Senior Backend Engineer, you’ll own the systems that power this growth. This isn’t a maintenance role. We’re not looking for someone to “keep APIs alive.”

Architect and evolve backend systems that support millions of active users—from designing architecture to ensuring smooth operation at scale.

Build APIs engineers love—clean, reliable, and intuitive, so the frontend team can move fast without friction.

Work with complex data flows, caching, and messaging, balancing performance with simplicity.

Detect and resolve performance bottlenecks before users notice.

Collaborate closely with product, frontend, and data teams to ship fast and iterate faster.

Bring fresh ideas, push limits, challenge assumptions, and raise the bar for backend engineering.

What you bring

Solid experience building backend systems at scale (5+ years).

Strong Node.js + TypeScript skills—async code comes naturally to you.

Experience designing scalable architectures and RESTful APIs that other engineers love to work with.

Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL and Elasticsearch—comfortable with large datasets and optimizing for real-world use.

Hands-on knowledge of Redis and RabbitMQ—fast and resilient systems.

Confidence with infrastructure—able to configure Nginx and dive into deployment details.

Extra points if you’ve touched Flutter or Kotlin; curiosity and adaptability matter more than a checklist.

Most importantly : you thrive in fast-changing environments where “done” beats “perfect,” and impact always comes first.

Technical interview with our Tech Lead (90 minutes)

Chat with the CTO and VP of Product (60 minutes)
