WHAT YOU WILL DO :

As a Digital Product Manager for AI Assistant, you will focus on developing data-driven and AI-powered features that drive business revenue and operational efficiency.

You will be responsible for delivering innovative digital products and experiences that leverage data analytics and artificial intelligence to meet the needs of small business clients and the colleagues who serve them. You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with data scientists, software engineers, UI designers, and cross-functional teams to ship high-quality, user-centric products.

A TYPICAL DAY :

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can work collaboratively to :

• Identify and quantify the impact of opportunities to incorporate data and AI features into the product.
• Contribute to the product vision and roadmaps for enhancing the customer and agent-focused acquisition experiences with data and AI.
• Develop high-level experience and process diagrams and wireframes to set requirements, guide stakeholder discussions, and brief UI design.
• Draft stories and business cases using qualitative and quantitative data.
• Recommend and remotely lead research and discovery activities inclusive of user research, data analysis, and competitive reviews.
• Communicate clearly with multiple stakeholders and set appropriate expectations.
• Work closely with data scientists, designers, engineers, finance, accounting, operations, sales, marketing, and business teams.
