Work Schedule : Standard (Mon-Fri)

Location / Division Specific Information Located in Spain you will join a dynamic division known for its collaborative and innovative spirit driving detailed sales strategies in a premier environment.

Responsibilities Lead and mentor a successful sales team

Develop and successfully conduct sales initiatives

Analyze market trends to drive outstanding outcomes

Positively represent Thermo Fisher Scientific at all times throughout customer locations

Keys to Success Proven leadership and motivational skills

Strict attention to detail and goal orientation

Ability to cultivate a collaborative and inclusive team environment

Education Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferably in Life sciences

Experience 5 years of sales experience preferably in the research laboratory industry.

Prior management experience preferred

Proficient in English in word and writing

Knowledge Skills Abilities Excellent interpersonal oral and written communication and presentation skills and capable of delivering excellent customer service

Consistent record of leadership in establishing goals and achieving results

Possess the organizational skills to multi-task and meet expectations as needed

Willing to travel to customer locations if needed
