Ambassador Program Coordinator

As our 4 Drops Ambassador Program Coordinator , you’ll oversee the growth and development of a passionate team of global ambassadors, ensuring they have the resources, support, and inspiration to champion our mission in their local communities.

In this role, you will be the driving force behind a vibrant network of advocates who share our vision of reframing the menstrual cycle as a source of empowerment. A background in community building, strong communication skills, and a genuine commitment to social change are crucial. Responsibilities

Identify, interview, and select individuals who align with our mission.

Provide training materials and guidance to ensure ambassadors understand and can effectively represent Four Drops of Us.

Work with ambassadors to plan and host community events—such as Our Cycles, Our Lives sessions—and other local projects that advance our mission.

Serve as the primary point of contact for ambassadors, addressing questions, celebrating successes, and fostering a sense of teamwork and shared purpose.

Establish clear metrics to evaluate ambassador engagement and program outcomes, reporting on successes and areas for growth to the broader Four Drops of Us team.

Qualifications

Background in community building or related field.

Strong communication skills.

Genuine commitment to social change and empowerment.
