We leverage innovative technology to promote this harmony.Role DescriptionThe IT Support Engineer plays a crucial role in maintaining the stability and efficiency of IT systems across our organization. This role supports medical and office staff by providing technical assistance, managing infrastructure, and ensuring compliance with quality, security, and environmental standards.Key Responsibilities : - Deliver first and second-level remote and on-site support for hardware, software, and network issues- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment, manage user accounts, and ensure data security- Provide IT onboarding and training for new staff and doctors- Assist in IT infrastructure projects, perform audits, and contribute to ongoing system improvementsQualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.- Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar role, preferably in the healthcare or teleradiology industry.- Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.- Familiarity with networking concepts, including TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.- Experience with Google Workspace and other enterprise IT tools.- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID / Intune / Autopilot- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with users at all levels of the organization.- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Relevant certifications (e.G., AWS, Microsoft Certified IT Professional, are a plus.)- Excellent communication skills in English language. Full professional proficiency both written and verbal required. Swedish and / or Spanish is a plus- Social & communicative, diplomatic, able to work in an international virtual team environment- Service oriented- Ability to adapt to a multi-disciplined work environment- Control and coordinate complex technical situations and challenges in a calm and professional manner- High level of energy and can handle stress
