Overview Senior Digital Transformation Specialist

This is a highly challenging role that requires a seasoned digital transformation expert to lead the company's efforts in creating a more sustainable future through industrial process optimization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading digital projects, preferably in an industrial environment, with experience in managing enterprise applications and Smart Factory solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving digital transformation through the integration of innovative technologies, optimizing processes, and improving operational efficiency.

Responsibilities Analyze operational data to identify trends and propose improvements based on Lean methodologies.

Lead industrial digitalization projects, including the deployment of Smart Factory solutions, IT / OT integration, and process and MES system automation.

Evaluate new technologies and digital solutions applicable to the industrial environment.

Key qualifications A degree in Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Telecommunications, Industrial Organization, or similar field.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial environments leading digital projects.

Experience in managing enterprise applications and Smart Factory solutions.

Technical Requirements Understanding of IT / OT architectures.

Experience in SAP projects (roll-outs, migrations) or other ERPs.

Programming knowledge (Python, Java, etc.) is a plus.

Experience in Big Data environments, advanced analytics, or artificial intelligence is a plus.

Familiarity with MES, SCADA, and industrial IoT platforms.
