Overview

From Catenon, we are seeking a Restaurant Manager with solid experience in the operational and strategic management of dining spaces within the high-end hospitality sector, for one of our high‑end hospitality clients. This position will be responsible for restaurants and bars, ensuring excellence in customer experience, operational efficiency and team management.

Responsibilities

  • Supervision of daily sala operations and coordination with the kitchen.
  • Ensuring service standards, presentation and cleanliness.
  • Leadership and development of teams.
  • Direct relation with clients and management of special situations.
  • Analysis of economic results and cost control.
  • Compliance with sanitary and legal regulations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in similar roles in luxury restaurants or hotels (minimum 4 years).
  • Professional level English and Spanish.
  • High customer orientation, attention to detail and positive leadership.
  • Ability to make decisions in demanding contexts.
  • Education in Hospitality, Tourism or related areas.
