Junior Analyst & Sales Support

Overview

Junior Analyst & Sales Support role at The Adecco Group. On the CRM side : Drives the performance of the Global Sales team by ensuring high quality of data in the team’s SFDC CRM system and that processes are followed. Analysis of data to uncover process or data quality issues and propose corrective actions. Drives pipeline health. Manages administrative tasks within the CRM, such as timely creation / deactivation of users. Manages distribution and follow-up of business requirements within the team. Supports IT with business requirements and testing. Helps with the creation / update of dashboards and reports. Related to Client Master Data, supports improvements to client data quality and follow-up on corrective actions.

What you’ll be doing

• Manage User access requests and deactivations.
• Analyze sales related data and provide insights.
• Follow-up on IT / SFDC requirements and ensure completeness.
• Support of Client Data Quality and Hierarchy cleanup.
• Occasionally manage SFDC requirements, from raising requirements to IT, explaining the need, testing, and training users on new features.
• Provide ad-hoc support to the user community and help establish best practices.
• Support the team in driving sales related projects.
• Support the strategic enterprise-wide implementation of new and existing CRM capabilities, including in-depth testing.
