A day in the Life :

• Oversee contract renewals, create new contracts in the contract management system, including Dealer agreements and Customer Non-Disclosure Agreements involving all collaborators, negotiate and drive for execution.
• Make sure all processes for third party due diligence are met in a timely and accurate manner, including end user screening according to GTC rules.
• Guide and support the Sales team with general pre-sales, aftersales and back-office processes, e.g., ordering demo instruments, SFDC reports, designing and distributing posts and invitations for customer facing events.
• Proactively interact with our internal and external customers - verbally and via email - to clarify questions and resolve open tasks daily.
