• Work on advanced digital systems connecting production, logistics, finance, and operations.
• Contribute to digital transformation across multiple European subsidiaries.
• Gain hands-on experience with enterprise systems like SAP, MES, and OA.
• Responsible for the daily operation, optimization, and maintenance of key business systems in the EU region, including IDMS, SAP, CMS, FSSC, Lark OA, MES, LES, etc.
• Collect, analyze, and translate business requirements from end-users across multiple business lines, coordinating with HQ IT teams for system implementation, configuration, and development.
• Ensure smooth system performance and data flow across platforms, proactively troubleshoot issues, and guarantee system stability and uptime.
• Support system integration between European subsidiaries and HQ, ensuring data consistency and alignment with standards.
• Provide user training, prepare technical documentation, and continuously improve system usability and efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with finance, manufacturing, logistics, and sales teams to optimize digital workflows and business automation.
• Ensure all system operations comply with internal IT governance, cybersecurity, and data protection requirements.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related majors.
