Overview Sales Operations Business Development Role
This role involves overseeing daily customer order operations and shipments to ensure timely delivery. Working closely with country planners and delivery teams is crucial for resource allocation across requested channels.
Responsibilities Manage order fulfillment efficiently
Maintain data accuracy through consistent tracking
Update dashboards daily for data analysis and efficient communication of delivery information
Monitor operational figures to maintain a reasonable stock level
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective resource allocation
Support the delivery manager with additional tasks as needed
Requirements The ideal candidate should be able to work in our office for 40 hours / week, for a period of 6 months. Proficiency in Spanish and Chinese is necessary. Additionally, good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, is required. A responsible and proactive learning attitude is essential. The ability to work independently and collaboratively across diverse teams is also vital. The candidate must have the right to work as an intern in Spain by the start date.
