Job Description

This is a high-level leadership role responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of wind turbine generator projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in engineering, with experience in project management, technical analysis, and team leadership.

Main Accountabilities

• Technical Analysis : Provide technical expertise to ensure that wind turbine work packages meet project requirements and industry standards.
• Project Management : Lead cross-functional teams to deliver wind turbine projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Team Leadership : Develop and implement strategies to enhance team performance, improve collaboration, and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Skill Development : Identify training needs and develop plans to upskill staff in areas such as technical analysis, project management, and leadership.
• Quality Assurance : Ensure that all wind turbine activities comply with applicable standards, legislation, ethics, and good practices in the offshore wind farm industry.
• Supplier Management : Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers across the construction services supply chain.
• Risk Management : Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize their impact on project delivery.
