Hello!

At Factorial we're looking for a new SDR for XL accounts to help us boost the company to the next level.

As an SDR for XL accounts, you will play a critical role in generating pipeline and opening doors to strategic opportunities that will shape Factorial’s presence in Spain. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for consultative sales.

The Role

  • Collaborate closely with the XL Account Executive to develop outbound strategies targeting high-potential enterprise accounts.
  • Research and identify key stakeholders within target organizations to initiate personalized outreach.
  • Engage prospects through a combination of cold calls, emails, social selling, events and other channels.
  • Qualify leads based on business needs, budget, timeline, and decision-making process.
  • Book discovery meetings and ensure smooth handoff to the Account Executive.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions in Hubspot.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly qualified opportunity and activity targets.
  • Provide feedback on market trends and messaging effectiveness to continuously improve outreach.
  • Represent Factorial’s brand and value proposition with professionalism and authenticity.

Your Profile

  • Experience : Proven experience in a Sales Development, Business Development, or outbound sales role (preferably B2B or SaaS).
  • Market Familiarity : Deep understanding of or exposure to the Spanish business landscape, especially in mid-to-large enterprises.
  • Communication : Fluent in English. Spanish, Portuguese, French or German is a plus
  • Sales-Oriented : Comfortable initiating conversations with senior stakeholders and uncovering pain points.
  • Organized & Driven : Ability to manage a high volume of outreach while staying focused on quality and outcomes.
  • Tech-Savvy : Experience with modern sales tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, SalesLoft, or similar.
  • Collaborative : A true team player who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Eager to Learn : Hungry to grow, open to feedback, and motivated by personal and team success.
