SAP BASIS Expert

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as an SAP BASIS Consultant with strong project delivery and Level 3 support skills
• Proven expertise in SAP BASIS administration, including HANA, SAP NetWeaver, ABAP, and JAVA components
• Hands-on experience with RISE with SAP migration projects and transitioning SAP landscapes to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Proficiency in HANA and Oracle database administration
• Experience managing multi-landscape SAP environments, including system refreshes, upgrades, and support package applications
• Advanced skills in performance monitoring, tuning, and systems configuration
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and cross-team collaboration abilities
• Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability to new technologies
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
