As part of our continuous growth and consolidation in the automotive sector, we are looking to hire a Project Manager with strong strategic vision and leadership skills, to manage product development projects in areas such as :

  • Interiors.
  • Exteriors.
  • BIW.
  • Lighting.
  • Testing & Safety.
  • EE-Routing.
  • CAE.
  • Homologation.
  • Validation.

Key Responsibilities :

END- TO END- PROJECT MANAGEMENT :

  • Lead the full lifecycle of product development projects, ensuring timely delivery, high quality, and efficient resource management.
  • TECHNICAL TEAM LEADERSHIP :

  • Coordinate, motivate, and develop engineering teams across multiple disciplines, ensuring alignment with the client’s defined processes, tools, and standards.
  • CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT :

  • Build strong and trustworthy relationships with stakeholders, ensuring technical, operational, and quality alignment of deliverables.
  • TECHNICAL VISION :

  • Promote innovative and efficient solutions that meet the current technological challenges of the automotive sector.
  • Requirements :

  • University degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Postgraduate training in product development and / or project management.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience leading projects in the automotive sector, preferably in a client-related or group brand environment.
  • Deep understanding of tools, milestones, and processes related to the client’s operational environment.
  • Strong ability to work in international and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Willingness to travel across Europe and North Africa.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English. German is a plus.
