We are a new and innovative CTV OS challenging the status quo by working with a market-leading OEM to provide content discovery for streaming platforms, as well as integrating FAST channels alongside traditional broadcast TV channels. We are gearing up for rapid expansion across European markets.

Position :

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Finance Controller to join our dynamic finance team. This role will be instrumental in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our financial operations, ensuring compliance with global accounting standards, and supporting our company’s continued growth. This position is ideal for a professional who thrives in analyzing complex financial information, streamlining processes, and contributing to strategic decision-making in a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Financial Reporting : Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
• Audit Management : Serve as the primary liaison for external audits.
• Compliance & Standards : Ensure all financial operations comply with local and international regulations (e.g., GAAP / IFRS).
• Month-End Close : Manage the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes, ensuring all entries and reconciliations are completed accurately.
• Tax & Regulatory Filings : Coordinate the preparation and submission of tax returns and other regulatory filings.
• Budgeting & Forecasting : Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Process Improvement : Identify opportunities for streamlining and automating financial processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams, including operations, HR, and business development, to ensure financial alignment and support strategic projects.
• Global Financial Operations : Support the financial aspects of international operations, including currency management, compliance, and reporting.
