Position Overview : Are you passionate about delivering cutting-edge solutions and working in a collaborative environment? Crossvale is seeking an Associate Consultant to join our dynamic team. If you have a foundation in Front End and or Back End technologies and are eager to contribute to innovative projects, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive test strategies and test cases based on software requirements and technical specifications
• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using tools such as JMeter, Postman, Selenium, Robot Framework
• Perform a range of testing types, including manual (exploratory, regression, UAT) and automated (API, performance, security) to ensure comprehensive coverage
• Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues identified during testing
• Set up and manage test environments, test data, and test automation pipelines
• Participate in test planning, risk assessment, and prioritization of testing efforts to align with project goals and deadlines
• Promote a quality-first culture by providing feedback during backlog grooming, code reviews, and design discussions
• Document test results, defects, and quality metrics
• Configure and maintain CI / CD pipelines to include automated test execution as part of the build and deployment process
