Descripción del trabajoParticipate in accessibility audits, inclusive design reviews, and testing with screen readers (JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver) . Develop and maintain robust web applications using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+) . Create efficient, reusable front-end components with React, Vue, or Angular . Design, optimize, and maintain database structures to ensure data integrity and performance. Collaborate with designers and other developers to deliver an intuitive and inclusive user experience . Implement accessibility validation tools (AXE, WAVE, Lighthouse, Pa11y) . Stay current with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies in web accessibility and frontend development .

Spanish fluency is required as part of this role.
✍️ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️
- 7 years of experience as a Frontend Developer .
- Strong proficiency with JavaScript (ES6+) for backend development.
- Experience with one or more frontend frameworks, React, Vue, or Angular .
- Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 , and version control tools such as Git / GitHub / GitLab.
- Familiarity with web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 / 2.2, WAI-ARIA, W3C guidelines) .
- Proven experience with responsive design, performance optimization , and web services.
- Advanced proficiency in Spanish (written and spoken).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
