Be part of the future of the space industry. Join our team! What is it like to be an Industrialization Engineer in Electronic Components at DHV Technology? As an Industrialization Engineer , you will play a key role in bridging design and manufacturing, ensuring our electronic components and subsystems are ready for reliable, high-quality serial production. This position offers a unique opportunity to work hands-on with advanced aerospace technologies, optimizing processes and driving the transition from prototype to full-scale production. You will collaborate closely with R& D, Quality, Procurement, and suppliers to ensure efficiency, compliance, and cost-effectiveness in every stage of the industrialization process. Key Responsibilities Define and optimize manufacturing processes for electronic components. Coordinate industrialization from design phase to mass production. Collaborate with R& D, Quality, Procurement, and external suppliers. Ensure compliance with international standards (ISO, IEC, UL, CE, etc.). Lead prototype validation and testing activities. Implement industrialization methodologies such as DFM, DFMEA, APQP, PPAP, and Lean Manufacturing. Required Qualifications Degree in Electronics, Mechanical, Materials, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering. Minimum 3 years of experience in product industrialization (electronics or automotive sector). Knowledge of manufacturing processes (machining, assembly, etc.). Proficiency in CAD / CAE tools (Solid Works, CATIA, Auto CAD, or similar). Technical English level B2 or higher. Experience in electronics-related projects will be highly valued. Technical Competencies Process optimization and industrialization techniques. Prototyping and validation of electronic components. Knowledge of quality assurance tools and methodologies.
