2 years of experience as a team leader or in a related role within the maritime sectorNaval, nautical, or maritime-related studies are highly valuedProficient in Excel and familiar with CRM systemsOrganized and detail-oriented, able to motivate and guide a team effectively.Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across departments.What's on offer :
