Job Description
The Solutions Consultant plays a pivotal role in defining and delivering cybersecurity solutions that address customers' key business imperatives. This position requires technical expertise, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills to drive customer adoption and value realization.
Key Responsibilities :
- Meet and exceed sales quotas by developing and implementing strategic account plans
- Position, demonstrate, and create high-level designs across the Palo Alto Networks portfolio to create business value for customers
- Drive customer adoption of the Palo Alto Networks Platform by building relationships and helping customers achieve increased productivity, operational efficiency, security efficacy, and flexibility to innovate
- Conduct discovery to understand and articulate key technical, operational, and commercial imperatives of prospects and customers
- Collaborate with Professional Services, Customer Success, and Specialist teams to ensure overall customer implementation and adoption of solutions
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, influencing through effective presentations and customer-specific demos, and conduct technical engagements and workshops that are clear and impactful, simplifying complex ideas for various audiences
Required Skills and Qualifications :
6+ years of experience in pre-sales / sales engineeringSkilled in at least one of the following : Networking, Network Security, Cybersecurity, Private / Public Cloud Security, SOC / Endpoint or SASEExperience in delivering cybersecurity solutions that solve technical challenges and influence new business initiatives is preferredInfluencing and gaining buy-in from key stakeholders, either in a customer-facing or internal role; prior experience in a pre-sales role is idealCreating and delivering technical presentations, workshops, or technical validation engagementsExperience in selling, designing, implementing, or managing one or more of the following solutions : Network Security, SASE, SaaS, CNAPP and / or SOC Transformation TechnologiesPartnering with Customer Support functions to ensure successful implementation and adoption of sold solutionsExperience in complex sales involving long sales processes with multiple buying centers and multi-product solutions are preferredProficient in English and SpanishProven track record in managing strategic customers in public healthcare sector in Spain will be an extra assetBenefits :
