Overview
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Delivery Manager to join a leading iGaming business. This role is critical in bridging the gap between product, technology, and stakeholders, ensuring delivery is smooth, efficient, and aligned with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of multiple projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with strategic goals.
- Identify and manage dependencies across teams to enable cohesive delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear updates on progress, risks, and outcomes.
- Champion agile delivery practices, facilitate team ceremonies, and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
- Support and develop team members, leading performance management and professional growth.
- Monitor delivery performance through metrics, optimising workflows and reducing lead time.
- Proactively identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and resolve critical blockers.
