Technical Solutions Consultant

Overview

As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will apply project and stakeholder management to handle different projects. You will solve problems and design solutions for use cases with Athento. This is a hands-on role; you will be leading, designing, and executing together with other members of the team.

Responsibilities

• You’ll work as a part of our project team responsible for delivering digital solutions and supporting users in international projects.
• Low-fidelity prototyping of solutions, and writing / reviewing technical design documents.
• Prepare chronograms and project plans.
• Lead meetings with project teammates and customers.
• Conduct user research.
• Analyze best ways to provide solutions to problems through Athento’s features.
• Design solutions to cover different use cases.
• Propose new product features.
• Lead QA testing.
• Lead UAT testing with final users.
• Support users on go-live.

Plan and onboarding

Join projects

Join a project in a secondary role. Listen, learn and support the product lead. Get familiar with tools and teammates. Learn by seeing it, our Project Methodology.

Manage your first project

We expect you to be ready to lead projects. You will have the senior members of the project team backing you up, but you will be officially responsible for planning, delivering, and holding control and command meetings.

Work from home

Work remotely, from home or from an island in the Caribbean.

Time for yourself

Take your birthday off every year, Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve also and 22 holiday days per year.

Change offices

You can work from Colombia or from Spain. Every 3 years you can change offices for a while.
