About The Role

We are seeking an experienced CSM to drive client retention and expansion for a scaling B2B company. You will work directly with the client team, owning complete customer lifecycle management from onboarding through renewal and expansion. You will manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes while identifying growth opportunities. The company provides comprehensive customer data, proven success frameworks, and clear retention targets.

What success looks like : 95%+ client retention rate with consistent account expansion revenue. You'll work with established business owners who value strategic partnerships and long-term growth. You'll be part of an integrated revenue team with direct access to senior leadership and clear progression opportunities within the organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts and own complete customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal and expansion.
  • Drive client retention and expansion, identifying growth opportunities within accounts.
  • Collaborate with client teams to ensure clients achieve desired outcomes using provided data, success frameworks, and targets.
  • Partner with senior leadership and revenue teams to ensure strategic partnerships and long-term growth.

Qualifications

  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • 3+ years experience in customer success or account management roles
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships and driving renewals
  • Comfortable presenting to business owners and senior stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and consultative communication skills
  • Fast and reliable internet connection; your own laptop or desktop suitable for the role; a quiet working environment; a good quality microphone or headset
