Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager with 10-12 years of experience in managing technical projects focused on front-end applications and Java development . Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies . Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML , CSS , JavaScript , and related frameworks / libraries. Strong expertise in Java / J2EE development . Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI / CD pipelines . PMP certification or equivalent preferred. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Description :
We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and manage technical projects focused on front-end applications and Java development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and project management, with expertise in Agile methodologies, front-end technologies, and Java-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the planning, initiation, and execution of technical projects related to web-based applications using ReactJS , NodeJS , and Java .
- Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
- Coordinate project tasks and dependencies across multiple teams and departments to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor project progress, addressing issues and risks proactively to ensure successful completion.
- Maintain project documentation, including requirements, specifications, design documents, and status reports.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.
- Conduct regular project reviews and status meetings to ensure alignment with objectives and expectations.
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices, methodologies, and processes.
- Mentor and coach team members on project management principles and practices.
