The Mission of the Developer Experience Team is to improve the developer experience for all engineers at Back Market.
Our goal is to ensure Back Makers have the right tools, processes, and environment to maximize productivity and code without friction or toil. We make it easy for Squads to focus on their highest purpose and create the highest value by eliminating repetitive tasks, improving alignment on code and config standards and solving common problems through automation.
To conclude, our mission is to create, adapt & maintain a fully automated tools chain and workflows for developers in contrary of being the implicit owners of everything not-owned.
