Formarás parte del equipo técnico de soporte como IT Corporate Support, siendo responsable de brindar asistencia técnica inicial a los / as usuarios / as, solucionando problemas relacionados con aplicaciones de software, y asegurando una resolución eficiente de incidencias y requerimientos.
Responsabilidades :
- Atender y registrar los tickets de soporte técnico provenientes de usuarios internos.
- Diagnosticar y resolver problemas técnicos básicos de software.
- Escalar incidentes complejos al equipo de soporte de nivel superior.
- Mantener actualizada la base de datos de gestión de incidentes.
- Proporcionar orientación y ayuda en el uso de aplicaciones de software.
- Realizar tareas rutinarias de mantenimiento y actualización de sistemas.
- Contribuir a la creación de manuales y documentación técnica para usuarios.
What are we looking for?
Requisitos :
Formación Técnica Superior en Sistemas, Informática o similar.Experiencia previa de al menos 1 / 2 años en roles de Soporte Técnico.Conocimientos en sistemas operativos, software de oficina y herramientas de diagnóstico.Se valorará experiencia previa en herramientas de soportes tales como Jira.Competencias :
