Learning & Development Specialist
For our People & Culture department, reporting directly to our Learning & Development Manager, we are seeking a Learning & Development Specialist.
The main mission of this role is to design, manage, implement, and support the development and application of effective learning strategies across the organization, both in-person and digital, to help achieve business results and enable employees to reach their full potential.
Main Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with team leaders to assess training needs and create personalized development itineraries.
- Create in-person and digital learning content using current technologies and methodologies.
- Adapt and implement training and development programs locally, driven by the Lyreco Group.
- Develop and update online tools and resources, such as training materials, images, graphics, videos, and audios, to meet internal client needs.
- Collaborate with e-learning content owners and external providers to develop new learning solutions.
- Coordinate all aspects of training programs, including scheduling, logistics, communication, and follow-up.
- Manage the learning platform (LMS), ensuring content is up-to-date and accessible.
- Deliver key training sessions and support internal trainers and subject matter experts in delivering specialized content.
- Measure the effectiveness of training initiatives and use data to improve content, methodologies, and delivery.
- Stay updated on trends in learning technologies, methodologies, and employee development tools.
- Implement, monitor, and evaluate training and development projects aligned with Lyreco and P&C strategies to contribute to overall objectives.
Qualifications :
University degree in Pedagogy, Education Sciences, Psychology, or related fields.Postgraduate or additional training in training management is valued.Valuable knowledge of Artificial Intelligence applied to learning.Languages : Advanced Spanish and a minimum of B2 level in English.Proficiency in Office Suite.Knowledge of e-learning platforms and authoring tools (Articulate, Rise, iSpring, etc.), and familiarity with new development systems and e-learning platforms.Ability to create engaging digital resources : videos, graphics, microlearning modules, interactive resources.Desirable knowledge or experience in adaptive learning, gamification, and social learning.Additional Details :
