Your Mission :

As a Structured Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in integrating financing, acquisitions, and project equity partnerships into our renewable energy projects globally. Additionally, you will help secure alternative and cost-effective funding solutions to strengthen our financial framework at both the group and subgroup levels within our operational territories.

What will you do?

• Financial Modelling and Analysis : Demonstrate proficiency in financial modelling, understand various financing processes, and leverage this insight to guide the company's strategic financing decisions. Lead a modelling team.
• Analysis of Profitability for Renewable Projects : Validate operational inputs and tax treatments to assess cash flows, then define the best financial strategy for each project to increase shareholder value.
• Execution of Financial Closings : Negotiate with lenders, including commercial banks, multilateral banks, and institutional investors. Be familiar with formats like loans, private bonds, and public bonds.
• Relationship Building and Management : Establish and maintain relationships with international and local investors, financial institutions, and advisors, enhancing RIC's presence in the global financial ecosystem.
• Financial Closings : Lead the financial closing processes for corporate and project finance transactions.
• Cross-functional Collaboration : Collaborate with Business Development, EPC, Legal, and other departments to ensure smooth process completion aligned with timelines.
• Risk Management : Evaluate and mitigate financial risks associated with projects, implementing strategies to minimize exposure.
• Financial Innovation : Develop new financial solutions and structures to improve project efficiency and profitability.
