Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Sales Manager to lead our biostimulants business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international sales and marketing, with experience in the agricultural or chemical industries.The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing the division's sales strategy, managing customer and supplier relationships, and identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a global team.Requirements- Bachelor's degree in engineering, chemistry, biology, or agricultural sciences.- Proven international sales experience in biostimulants and / or WSF, inhibitors, organic fertilizers.- Proven experience in marketing and / or sales of branded products in the agricultural, human health or chemical industries.- Sharp commercial skills and ambition to surpass commercial goals.- Fluent in English (written & spoken) and any additional language highly valued.Benefits- Ambitious position in an expanding business at global scale.- High degree of independence to design, implement and execute the Division's plan.- Exceptional opportunity to build on your existing experience.
