Agro Business Development Manager (Inicio Inmediato)

We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead our biostimulants business. The ideal candidate will have international sales experience in biostimulants and / or WSF, inhibitors, organic fertilizers.This is an ambitious position in an expanding global business. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to build on their existing experience and work with a young, motivated team in a multicultural environment.The Sales Manager will be responsible for designing and developing the biostimulants business strategy & marketing pillars, communicating with suppliers and customers, and conducting division sales efforts to achieve budget goals.Key responsibilities include :

• Developing strategic alliances, investments, and / or acquisition opportunities in the bio stimulant field- Negotiating and securing best commercial conditions with suppliers and customers- Supervising sales and purchases, and ensuring smooth contract executionRequirements include :
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, chemistry, biology, or agricultural sciences- Proven international sales experience in biostimulants and / or WSF, inhibitors, organic fertilizers- Sharp commercial skills and ambition to surpass commercial goalsBenefits include :
