Marketing Program Associate-Product Led Growth

What is The Role

We’re seeking a highly organized and diligent Marketing Program Associate to support the Self-Service Cloud (SSC) Go-To-Market team. You will collaborate closely with the SSC Program Lead to help complete integrated marketing initiatives that drive adoption and engagement across our Hosted and Serverless Cloud offerings. This position is ideal for someone with a great foundation in asset development, email marketing, and program coordination.

What You Will Be Doing

Email Marketing & Onboarding Support

Collaborate with design and marketing operations to ensure email journeys are clear, effective, and conversion-oriented.

Handle version control and coordinate changes from team members.

Monitor email performance and suggest content improvements to enhance user engagement.

Campaign & Content Support

Provide content support for SSC campaigns including solution- and cloud-specific landing pages, email nurtures, and other assets.

Align with brand tone and messaging guidelines to ensure consistency across all deliverables.

Work cross-functionally with product marketing and creative teams to develop and review campaign content.

Program Management

Own and manage the marketing plan for interactive content

Coordinate with product marketing and other content teams to source new material, update existing assets, and ensure timely publication.

Coordinate the integration of Instruqt content into the website and ensure proper cross-linking across relevant pages and campaigns.

Coordinate social campaigns by sourcing assets and collaborating with the social team.

Chatbot management and maintenance

Maintain the chatbot content and version control

Coordinate with vendors to execute the chatbot

Monitor performance and troubleshoot by using crossfunctional teams

Resourcing & Operational Support

Help assess resourcing needs for content and creative requests across SSC GTM campaigns.

Track requests and timelines to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets.

Provide regular status updates and surface blockers to the campaign lead.

What You Bring

• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, content production, or campaign execution.
• Excellent writing and editing skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Experience with email marketing platforms and basic knowledge of email journey creation.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with cloud or developer-focused technologies is a plus.
