Digital Growth Marketing Manager

Role Overview :

We are looking for a proactive and adaptable Digital Growth Marketing Manager to lead user acquisition and retention strategies across Europe. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing cross-functional campaigns, optimizing digital channels, and driving growth within budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Digital Growth Managers and marketing teams (Paid Media, Content, CRM, Design) to execute integrated campaigns.
• Develop and implement mobile user acquisition strategies, focusing on iOS and Android platforms.
• Manage digital channels including paid media, social advertising, email marketing, influencer partnerships, and App Store Optimization (ASO).
• Translate growth objectives into actionable marketing plans, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact.
• Optimize campaigns for markets with limited budgets by leveraging organic growth opportunities and partnerships.
• Analyze performance data to provide clear reporting and insights to stakeholders.
• Coordinate creative assets with the Design team to maintain brand consistency across digital touchpoints.
• Foster collaboration with regional marketing teams to ensure alignment and support.
