Responsibilities :

As a Sales Development Representative you will :

• Act as the first point of contact for potential customers creating a strong first impression and expanding a client portfolio.
• Serve as a trusted advisor guiding businesses in adopting advanced cloud technologies.
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities to fulfill the needs of small and mediumsized businesses using leading cloud solutions.
• Collaborate with Solution Specialists and Partner Connection Managers to maximize upsell and crosssell opportunities.
• Gather customer feedback and communicate it back to the business as the Voice of Customer.
