One customer, one family, one community at a time.About This RoleThe TRG Analyst role involves attending customer calls to provide excellent service, analyzing transactions in real-time, and identifying suspicious activities to minimize fraud and AML risks.- Review customer Know Your Customer (KYC) documents- Identify potential suspicious activity using company tools and knowledge of relevant legislation- Analyze orders detected as suspicious to ensure legal compliance- Receive and analyze documents from agents and customers, ensuring they meet internal and external policies- Approve orders after review- Communicate with correspondents to provide excellent customer service- Explain order status to agents and request necessary documents- Send documents to correspondents upon request- Respond to customer inquiries about order status- Collaborate on investigations with legal entities- Prepare reports for local compliance officersKey ResponsibilitiesThis role requires strong communication skills, multitasking ability, and capacity to prioritize tasks.Working Schedule- Sunday to Thursday :
