Finance Controller Manager

Descripción del trabajoEnsure accurate and timely delivery of monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing in collaboration with Shared Service Centers. Prepare financial reports and presentations for local and regional management. Ensure full compliance with IFRS Rules and Group Internal Guidelines Act as the main contact for internal and external audits, including coordination and resolution of findings. Maintain and improve internal control frameworks. Ensure segregation of duties, risk assessment, and control documentation is maintained. Identify and implement cost optimization initiatives and operational improvements. Monitor working capital, particularly inventory, receivables, and payables performance. Partner with Sales, Operations, HR, and Service teams to support business initiatives and profitability analysis. Provide ad hoc financial insights to support strategic and operational decisions. Lead a team of controllers Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field. MBA or Master in finance will be considered as a plus. 15-20 years of experience in Finance, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role in FP&A / Business Controlling. Previous experience working in a Big 4 will be a plus. Experience in a medium size multinational matrix organization. Broad experience analyzing financial statements. Experience with the month-end / year end close process and reporting. Planning and organizational skills, with ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines. Thorough knowledge of accounting principles (Spanish GAAP). IFRS knowledge will be a plus. Very high English level is mandatory. Expert-level Excel and financial modeling skills. Proficiency in ERP systems and reporting tools. SAP knowledge is highly desirable. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Availability to travel sporadically (national and international). Salary package : Around 75.000 - 80.000 euros fixed salary + bonus + fringe benefits. - Deliver insightful variance analysis (actual vs. budget / forecast) and drive financial performance management.
