Finance Controller Manager

The ideal candidate will have around 15-20 years of experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role in FP&A / Business Controlling. Experience in a medium size multinational matrix organization. SAP knowledge is desirable. Very high English level is a must. Team management experience is a must. Workplace type :

Hybrid. Availability to travel sporadically.¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto?Reporting to the Finance Director, the selected candidate will be responsible for the following responsibilities :

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) - Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning cycles.- Deliver insightful variance analysis (actual vs. budget / forecast) and drive financial performance management.- Provide scenario modelling and business cases for commercial initiatives and investments.Management Reporting - Ensure accurate and timely delivery of monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing in collaboration with Shared Service Centers.- Prepare financial reports and presentations for local and regional management.Compliance & Audit - Ensure full compliance with IFRS Rules and Group Internal Guidelines- Act as the main contact for internal and external audits, including coordination and resolution of findings.Internal Controls - Maintain and improve internal control frameworks.- Ensure segregation of duties, risk assessment, and control documentation is maintained.Cost Control & Efficiency - Identify and implement cost optimization initiatives and operational improvements.- Monitor working capital, particularly inventory, receivables, and payables performance.Business Partnering - Partner with Sales, Operations, HR, and Service teams to support business initiatives and profitability analysis.- Provide ad hoc financial insights to support strategic and operational decisions.Team Management - Lead a team of controllers¿A quién buscamos (H / M / D)?- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.- MBA or Master in finance will be considered as a plus.- 15-20 years of experience in Finance, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role in FP&A / Business Controlling.- Previous experience working in a Big 4 will be a plus.- Experience in a medium size multinational matrix organization.- Broad experience analyzing financial statements.- Experience with the month-end / year end close process and reporting.- Planning and organizational skills, with ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines.- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles (Spanish GAAP). IFRS knowledge will be a plus.- Very high English level is mandatory.- Expert-level Excel and financial modeling skills.- Proficiency in ERP systems and reporting tools. SAP knowledge is highly desirable.- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.- Availability to travel sporadically (national and international).¿Cuáles son tus beneficios?- Salary package :
