Role Overview

We are seeking a Junior Finance Business Controller Analyst to support Month-End Closing and other Finance & Backoffice operations for a set of entities centralized at Schindler's Center of Expertise (CoE) in Madrid.

Key Responsibilities

• Support month-end closing for various companies, gaining a deep understanding of processes.
• Prepare detailed reports on Balance Sheet, P&L, and management accounting forms for Group Reporting.
• Reconcile key balance sheet and P&L accounts monthly, identify discrepancies, and implement solutions.
• Perform pre-closing checks to ensure smooth month-end closing.
• Provide ad-hoc reports for zone management and global controlling.
• Support continuous improvement of business processes at the Group level.
